Dr. Meredith Brezinski, PT, DPT is a pelvic floor physical therapist and certified sex counselor specializing in pelvic floor physical therapy, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, diastasis recti, urinary incontinence, prolapse, and painful intercourse. Her additional training in sex counseling allows her to support clients in reclaiming their sexual wellness and addressing intimacy concerns in a safe, supportive space.

She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and has advanced training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Dr. Meredith provides one-on-one, in-office care for individuals of all genders, including LGBTQIA+ patients.
