My journey into the world of bodywork is deeply personal. For years, I experienced chronic pain and limited range of motion, and it was through massage that I finally found lasting relief and a path to a more fulfilling life. This powerful experience inspired me to become a Licensed Massage Therapist in Oregon (License #20301) after graduating from East West College of the Healing Arts in 2013.

I specialize in modalities like Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy, with a focus on structural balancing to address the root cause of pain and compensation patterns.
