Amanda is a cranial-sacral therapist, massage therapist and yoga teacher. She received her training at the Ashland Institute of Massage and Shanti Yoga. She started her practice because of her love for helping people feel at home in their bodies and is intrigued with natural ways of health by healing the body mind and soul. On her free time, she enjoys hiking, wine tasting, traveling and spending time with her kids, dog and singing. Her favorite place to visit is Italy and got to spend a month there a few years ago and fell in love with the food, wine, people and architecture. The best health/ wellness advice that she would like to give is to listen to your body and don't forget to breathe!
